HOW DOES THIS WORK?
We are a virtual tour service that flies high quality drones to create seamless video tours. Reach out now and get a quote for your highly personalized service.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FILM A LISTING?
For residential tours, our flights will take an hour or two. For commercial and business tours we estimate 3 hours depending on scale.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY VIDEOS?
We offer a 48 hour project turnaround on residential tours and maximum of 5 days turnaround on commercial tours depending on editing and additional package selections
WHERE ARE YOUR SERVICES AVAILABLE?
Currently, we offer residential photography services in the broader Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix and San Diego areas. We offer commercial services anywhere in the United States upon request.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME TO GET MY FLIGHT SCHEDULED?
You can schedule your commercial flight within 5 days. You can schedule your residential flight within 2 days. Areas with flight restrictions may take longer to appeal for an exemption.
HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE FINAL VIDEOS?
We will notify you when your files are available through download. You receive a link to the final production. We deliver a branded, non branded, and privately hosted video link.
HOW ARE DRONE TOURS BETTER THAN MY CURRENT VIDEOS AND 3D TOURS?
We create a highly accessible platform designed for customer ease of use. Users with any degree of skill will feel confident interacting. Just hit play, and let our drone tour for you. Apply our videos through your social media, and text campaigns. We ensure our services will be the only ones you need.
WHAT IF I HAVE REVISIONS?
We include revision rounds in our base packages. We offer 1 round for residential tours and 2 rounds for commercial tours
WHAT DRONES DO YOU FLY?
We fly DJI Mavic drones with exceptional high quality cameras and sensors. Our lightweight drones feature enclosed propellers combined with object avoidance software to ensure completely safe flights
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Elite Drone Tours carries full insurance up to $5M in damages, and can even add clients (you) as an additional insured party. We can provide proof of insurance upon request. Additionally all of our pilots are FAA 107 certified.
HAVE YOU EVER CRASHED?
We are extremely safe and have had zero incidents. We are highly trained and use specific sensors to accomplish tours carefully. We fly slow indoors and increase the speed during the editing process.
HOW DO I ORDER A DRONE TOUR?
You can order your drone tour via our booking link: www.indoordronetours.com/booknow. For residential and commercial tours, you can schedule online at any time to receive a quote back from our team. We will schedule your tour date during the consultation.
DOES THIS ONLY WORK FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF REAL ESTATE?
We fly for 2,000 sq ft condos and 2 million sq. ft. warehouses. Additionally, we also fly for businesses and special events so don’t hesitate to reach out with your specialized request. DO YOU OFFER SERVICES IN RESTRICTED AIRSPACE?
We double check all airspace regulations for you. In the event of any restrictions, we can process the petition for exemption. Please understand it takes time and planning around the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to process requests and appeals. HDR Photography - What is it?
A Series of extremely high definition photos taken in 4k detailing the establishment in stunning detail.
Social Media Formatting
Request a one stop shop for all of your social media formatting needs. You will receive your Photos and Videos in multiple copies utilizing the most optimal formatting to preserve image quality and size while minimizing potential issues on the consumer end.
Photo/Video Editing
While the photo or video packages may include a “stitched” video or photo content, we offer additional service for the following; a professionally edited video utilizing existing content to the fullest degree to showcase detailed areas and specialty transitions (delivery ready for advertisement), Color Correction services (photos will otherwise come as they are taken on site), slide shows, special effects, blemish removal, photoshopping etc…
Photogrammetry (3D Rendering Services)
Have interior and exterior spaces digitized for 3D modeling. Clients will receive a specific file type for use in all external 3D rendering software (click and drag virtual apartment tours).
Physical 3D Modeling Services
Get your property digitized and have a physical model made to scale. We will offer small, medium and large options. Due to physical size limitations, some properties will only be available in large sizes (for example a factory needs to be big and wouldn't work in a small scale).
